If so... it means that AMR updates lists of chapters well...
This bug could come from your internet connection which might fail on some requests...

so, the trouble is on my internet connection? i'll try to fix it. thanks for the help. i'm really confused because the only manga it update is orange marmalade. is it really necessary for me to use the refresh button? oh, what mangas are still unread on my list? can you please send it to me? THANKS for all your help :)

and orange marmalade one hour ago...

That's weird that orange marmalade updates well and not the others...
do you have proxy configuration on your internet connection...
I already have seen that if internet connection is not well configured when chrome starts, the extension can't connect even if it is well configured after chrome start...
