My anti-virus is complaining about this site being some kind of redirecting site should I worry about this?

My anti-virus is an avira.

Ok more detailed information then.
My anti-virus is blocking the allmangasreader extension due to this link .
It accuses the link of using the HTML/DSPark.B script.
If I block it I'm unable to see my mangas I tried to go to the site to acertain they're legitimacy this is what I obtained:

So ofcourse I got worried.
What I want to know is, what is this link all about, and if it is really necessary in the code?
