Sorry, but that doesn't seems the screenshot after reloading the server. Try opening the Developers Tools first then opening https://ssl10.ovh.net/~allmanga/communi ... sites.json . The response you got was of the error page instead :/

You're right the site is being blocked by my university. Visiting the site with https results in only seeing the error data. Visiting it with http:

I would ask polo if we could get our own domain instead using those to prevent further problems. Meanwhile, you could use a https proxy or socks proxy to evade the restriction or kindly asking your university to whitelist the page. Either is fine.
