All Mangas Reader

For the last while, I've been having a problem.

When I load a chapter, the chapter loads fine, but the dropdown menu says it's the 1st chapter of the series, even though it's not, and the next chapter, previous chapter buttons are missing.
Sometimes reloading fixes the problem, so it's intermittent. It's getting quite annoying since I have to either update the url manually, or go back to my manga list to select the next chapter.

I've included a screenshot of the bug happening on Ushio to Tora. As well as a screenshot of the bug not happening, just to prove that it's intermittent.
This seems to be especially prevalent on mangafox. I think it happens on other sites, but I'm not sure, it might just be mangafox.

It's a problem with mangafox and the best way to fix it for me when it happens is to go back to the previous chapter then back to the current chapter again which usually fixes it for a couple of chapters.

Sometimes it doesn't work so i have to repeat it a few times.
