So... I was dumb and didn't export before uninstalling. After reinstallation, I'm sitting here with 0 manga on my list. Is there any way to restore the list, other than doing a system restore? Would that even restore the list?

If you still have your bsync file, and it's not updating: bsync.allmangasreader.com will help you get the export data but Xibiter is right, if you had sync on before, you could just turn it on again.
