All Mangas Reader

This may or may not be related to , but i thought it could be nice to have an ability to manually group mangas, since AMR sometimes fails to do it right by itself.

um? AMR doesnt automatically group anything, apart from your unread, read, all and new manga groups. You can make as many custom groups as you want, and you can insert them into the groups by hand.

Umm, sorry, perhaps i wasn't clear. I wasn't talking about categories but groups. As you can see in the attachment i've got two groups for a single Majikoi manga. Like i said, i'm not sure if this is connected in any way to how search works, so it may be just a bug.

Yeah, it's just a bug, it doesn't know how to differentiate special characters or capitalization occasionally, so manga that should be grouped are not =(

We've tried methods of doing it, but found them to be kinda memory heavy... One way to do it might be to wipe out all the capitalization, spacing, and delete the special characters when grouping the manga.

For people with reading lists of like 200 manga and like 6 sites per manga, that's far too much work haha

Well, i didn't meant to not use auto-grouping at all, but only give users a way to combine (perhaps rename) groups at their will. Sorry for not being clear.

You're right, a method of renaming manga would be nice, but again the AMR crawler that grabs the mangalist from all these different site directories would have to remember to change that specific manga every time it layed it in your reading list. That's an incredibly complex bit of code...

It's a bug ! :
To group manga by name, AMR removes white chars and capitalize all characters but it doesn't remove special chars like "!"
And there are two "!" in your second group and one in the first group...

I will fix it in 1.3.13

In order to do manual grouping at all...hmm....
