I'd just like to (belatedly) introduce myself to the fledgeling community.
Hope to see it grow as I'm sure the user base of AMR is very large.

(Speaking of which could we get a statistics page on the main website with the number of Downloads or other metrics?)

About statistics, I will add a page on AMR websites containing informations about :
- Number of manga read (by websites, by country...)
- Number of chapters read (by websites, by country...)
- Number of active users
- Most read mangas
- ...

welcomme! And that sounds awesome, you're gonna keep global statistics on the server separate from the extension?!

Yep, they are actually on the server... and updated each hour... (in json format) but some are missing and I will change other ones...
You can find these files at http://www.allmangasreader.com/stats/json/ (5 files for each stat all time, last year, last month, last week, yesterday and today...)

Whoa! Cool! You should make a tab on the allmangasreader.com homepage with a simple UI to show the global statistics.

I know you wanted to put that into AMR, but I think it would be cool to see just on the extension's homepage. You could always link to it later.

Speaking of updating each hour: I was able to auto-update on another computer so that's *definitely* fixed ^.^ thanks for quick response.

In fact, I planned to add a statistics page on AMR's homepage and to add a link in AMR's extension to this page...
