All Mangas Reader

So as i been reading on the forums and I have the same problem. It has something to do with the network administrator from what I've read. I can access this link using a proxy site, now what to i do next, now that I can access it?

Also on the troubleshoot i tried it all, except this part "I still don't see my list! What else I can do?

First be sure any copy of chrome is closed. Open Explorer, Finder or your system file manager. In the address bar type according to your Operative System:

Windows 7, Vista and 8
Google Chrome: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
Chromium: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Chromium\User Data\Default"

I have windows 8, don't know what to do even with directions, I need assistance, sorry for being a noob.

If you can access using a proxy, just go to the popup, in the clock in the corner and click the update button that reads "Websites implementations updated xx days ago", and that should be all.
