Post subject:  Refresh chapters in context menu

A friend just made me discover AMR and after speaking with him, I figured what I consider an obvious lack and I'm surprised not finding any proposition about that.

He doesn't use automatic updates, an I think nor will I :
We both have an old crap laptop, and use free hotspots in town whenever we need the net or have the time. I don't, but he already have a lot lot lot of manga he began to read, and before disabling auto updates, he first suffered from long long long updates visibly using much CPU.

Updating the chapter list is the very first option an user may need with such an extension, automatically or not. So since AMR got a button at the top of the browser, why not adding a simple right clic/refresh shortcut or a button in the AMR popup/page to avoid going in the setting page ?

Good job anyway. It was a surprise, AMR is the best browser gadget I encountered since a long time.
