I'd like to see an option to hide the unread-count badge, instead just showing an indication of whether there are any vs. no unread manga. Would that be possible? I tried to search the forums to see if anybody else asked for this yet, but apparently 'hide', 'unread', and 'count' are too common to search on

Chrome only allows addons to show numbers (and only from 0 to 9999). This would be possible, however, discarding the counter and changing the icon itself to reflect the "are/don't are unread mangas" status. But I don't know how much work this would need (the icon can spin, it is a super icon!). |

Changing the icon would be great, much like Google's Mail and Reader checkers work (gray for no unread, red for unread available). It's probably easier to just show an empty badge though - does Chrome allow that? |

No, Chrome only allow a badge with numbers from 0 to 9999 or no badge at all. The developer don't have control over the color and position of such badge too, its browser defined. |

Hum not really, you can set text in the badge and choose the color of the badge... I like the idea of a grey or colored icon indicating if there are updates or not... (I will try to add an option for it) |
