My suggestion is to implement an option that after reading a manga, put it as read not only in the website you read but in all websites that contain that manga and is in your list. As an example, when I read freezing in one of the websites, in the others it still remains as unread.

Yeah, but sometimes one site is more updated than another, so this is really hard to implement

I think the biggest issue would be matching chapters between mirrors.
