My suggestion is to implement an option that after reading a manga, put it as read not only in the website you read but in all websites that contain that manga and is in your list. As an example, when I read freezing in one of the websites, in the others it still remains as unread. |

Yeah, but sometimes one site is more updated than another, so this is really hard to implement |

I think the biggest issue would be matching chapters between mirrors. |
