When a manga gets an update a box appears to tell you this. Clicking on the box goes to the latest chapter (Normally) and there is an X to just close it. But could there also be a "Mark as read" option in the box? Sometimes I get a couple false updates or I get an update for a manga I am keeping an eye on but don't plan to read for a while so I don't need it at the top of the list in red. If the notice box had this feature then I could easily mark off any manga without having to hit xc on all the notice boxes and then clicking the eyes in the AMR list one by one.
