Hi all, I think I found the solution for the moment.
The solution is simply to change the MangaFox's URL to the correct one.
For Windows, you can do it manually by
1. Open Run from Start-menu, type %APPDATA% and press OK. It will open "AppData/Roaming"
2. Go back 1 folder, and open folder: Local-Google-Chrome-User Data-Default-Extension-nhjloagockgobfpopemejpgjjechcpfd-1.3.13_0
3. Open "js" folder, and open mgEntry.js with text editor
* backup mgEntry.js and MangaFox.js first
4. On the first entry, you'll see MangaFox. Change the URL to "http://mangafox.me/*" (without quote). Saev and close
5. Now, open MangaFox.js. On line 35, do the same as step 4 (remove "www" and change "com" to "me")
If you are not sure or afraid of breaking AMR, you can download the attachment and overwrite the files in "js" folder
I can assure that no malicious code was added and only the modification that I wrote here

EDIT: should be mgEntry.js, not mgUtil.js, sorry
EDIT2: this is only a temporary solution to fix reading manga in MangaFox with all pages loaded, nothing more
