I like to read scanlations on the scanlator's site to support them, but Medaka Box on CXC Scans will not update in AMR because their website always lists the volume 9 omake as the newest chapter. Is there any way to fix this other than me switching to mangareader.net? Thanks.

Effectively that's a bug on their website... so AMR can't help it...
You can report this issue on their forum... I think they can do something about it !
