Same issue as on Mangafox, and there's nothing you can do because the owner of mangahere is the same as mangafox and he does this to block loaders.
Migrate to another manga website is best solution.

The loading problem for Mangafox and Mangahere can be solved by enabling the load scans in the order of the chapter option in the AMR loading options.

The main problem now is that instead of reading the latest chapters' URL, AMR is reading something which is basically the latest chapters' URL with a file:// stuck in front.

This causes all the manga from these two sites to be marked as unread and loading the latest chapters does not solve it. This problem is affecting both Mangahere and Mangafox now. Basically we just need a line of code to tell AMR to ignore any file:// entries the sites throw at us. Too bad I'm not well versed in java.

Guys, Mangahere has been fixed, Mangafox still pending. Get the fixed version from twluo . Or you can wait for braiam to approve the merge request.

You would have to load the extension from the file. Google it if you don't know how to.
