Seems to be an issue with AMR notifications. Notification/popups for new manga hadn't been showing up for a few days but I think they were showing but I didn't notice them. Here's what happened today:
AMR Popups showed like before but after refreshing/checking for new chapters even though there were 4 new mangas for which there should have been 4 separate/individual popup notifications showing, instead only one notification shows up and then a few seconds later it disappears.
The second time this happened I decided to click on that single popup notification. Now maybe chrome is combining multiple notifications but regardless before I clicked on the single notification I had 3 unread manga showing on the AMR button. After clicking the notification (e.g. Naruto) only Naruto manga showed up in a separate tab and started loading the chapter. Instead of still showing 2 other unread manga AMR then marked everything read and the AMR button showed 0 manga unread. It marked everything read without loading the other mangas if that makes sense.
Using stable version, stable Chrome, Win 8.1. Also found these errors in the console but not sure if related:
