The export function works just fine.

However, when I go to import data I'm having the error "Error while parsing data in the hereinabove box..."

Just to test the error, I exported just the manga in the export tab, and then copied it over, without changes, to the import tab, and it still gave that error.

You seem to be having quite a few odd glitches with your AMR extension. First thing I would try to fix them all is to uninstall and then re-install the extension. See if that helps your import problem at least.
