Just an FYI, the notification
"You don't have deactivated a website yet. It is strongly recommended that you deactivate websites you don't use..."
keeps popping up on the bottom of my manga list even after I disabled the non-English websites. I have less than 25 websites activated too. This happened in version 1.3.10 and 1.3.11.

Try disabling all of then, and then re enabling the ones you want...

Hum, the problem is when a new version is published like 1.3.10 with 10 new websites, they are activated by default, so I you had only 16 activated websites before, you now have 26 and the message appears...
